Digital products

For digital downloads, the right of withdrawal expires once delivery starts with your explicit consent. Downloaded digital files are non-refundable.

Physical products (14 days)

• Withdrawal possible within 14 days after receiving goods.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds are issued after goods are received and inspected within the legal timeline.
• For damaged or defective goods, we cover return shipping costs.
• Partial refunds are possible when only part of an order is withdrawn.
